VORENDRAPE supports standardized return and refund services to protect your legitimate shopping rights, in line with the UK and EU 14-day consumer withdrawal right regulations.
6.1 Return Eligibility & Time Limit
You can apply for return or exchange within 14 calendar days after you receive the goods. The returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and complete packaging, and can be resold normally. Products that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted for return.
6.2 Non-Returnable Situation
Personal customized products, clearance final sale products, and products damaged artificially after receipt do not support return and exchange. Please check the product condition carefully after receiving the goods.
6.3 Return Application Process
1. Contact our customer service email to submit return application, explain the return reason and attach product pictures; 2. We will review your application within 1–2 working days and send return instructions; 3. You send back the goods according to the designated return address; 4. After we receive and verify the intact goods, we will process the refund.
6.4 Refund Rules & Cycle
After the return is verified to be qualified, the refund will be returned through the original payment channel within 7–14 working days. The arrival time of the refund depends on the processing speed of your payment platform. For returns due to non-quality problems, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer; if the product has quality problems or delivery errors, our brand will bear the return shipping fee and full refund.
